BLANKET OF FOG
This is a pastel from the Bolinas Fairfax road that overlooks San Fransisco. Most nights, there is an incredible sunset and sometimes there is a blanket of fog that covers the landscape below highlighting the bright colors in the clouds. When this happens, it seems almost unreal and magical, I wanted my pastel to capture that feeling.
