We Are All Made Of Stars - 48”x30” Mixed Media on Gallery Wrapped Canvas Carl Sagan famously said that we are all made of star stuff, and it’s 100% true. Stars born 2.5 million years ago exploded and died only to become the elements of a human being. Can you imagine that? It’s so very poetic when you think on it. We are one; we are part of the universal energy. Collectively we are connected. When you hurt someone, you hurt yourself. So instead, we must love one another and cherish one another. It’s a very special thing that happened to create our lives. We should celebrate each other and the life we’ve been given, for it doesn’t last long. When next you look upon a stranger, remember that we are all but of stardust and to the stars one day we return. One of my favorite authors Eckhart Tolle said it best. “You are the universe, expressing yourself as human for a little while.” I hope you enjoy this beautiful painting. It gave me great joy to create it.
