For the "Something Blue" series, "The whale" is a big blue whale fin sinking into the ocean. A patient masterpiece of collecting metal lids that have been worked on, treated one by one with resins and colour, fixed on a flexible wire mesh. The whale,made during the lockdown, is a metaphor for a world in danger of disappearing, it imposes itself as mystery, archaic nature.
