The Rishis(Vessels of gods in human form) who wrote several Mandals(chapters) of 'Rigveda' stayed in the north of 'Meru Parvat'(Southern Slope of Himalayan range). During Rigvedic period, the place was not snow covered. Spring prevailed throughout the year. And one day, it started snowing. They migrated south.Our early people moved with whatever knowledge they could gather and settled south in a warmer place known as Aryavrat. This was the valley where the artist met them first.
