The Sun and her Flowers
I wanted to emphasize the image of my favourite flowers - sunflowers, specifically their sculpture. They have such a life-affirming yellow color, which in combination with plastic forms gives completeness of the composition. It was interesting that the first layer of the painting, it all happened almost by accident, a thin layer of green paint was spilled, I tried to leave it on the final version of the painting. Just as the composition came to my mind.
