During my surrealism phase from the period of 2015-2020, I went to play on a metal sheet I found and created this painting depicting, for me, the rise of the Divine Feminine in the world. Using complimentary gold acrylic on the already silvery colour of the metal, I mingled the two representations of lunar and solar and wanted to emphasise the theme of Nature and the burnt land with the cool element of water that can be seen to bubble up around the figure of Isis.
