This painting started out as an expression of flowers growing wild in the fields. There is no order in open fields and flowers just grow wild as and where they find space. The colors too do not want to match, but just flow as they grow! This painting illustrates the joyful colors of nature. I used thick oil paint in pure colors with a knife to paint this artwork as I wanted to work in layers to get the desired effect.
