This abstract oil painting is inspired by the textures and typography of buildings that surround us. I have captured a moment of time, fading memories of the many big cities I have visited. I have manipulated the forms leaving only a suggestion of building type structures. By this I want to imply that due to the crowds in the cities the individual sometimes gets lost. People often lose sight of the important things in life. The fading city is loosening its strength and gets smoother. The hints of yellow and the warm green are small parts of nature coming back, while the white surroundings enlighten the atmosphere.
