I portrayed Johannes Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earring as a source of inspiration already used these days by pop culture. In this series I mix paintings, or photographs of iconic characters in the history of the art world and I let myself be carried away by this contemporary wave of mixing reality with fiction, Disney, and Warner Bros. cartoons, represent my entire childhood, I grew up watching these cartoons, and already in my adolescence I began to learn about art history, which is why I wanted to bring together these two sources of inspiration to have a series of Pop art.
