I am the infinite stillness of consciousnesss and my human experience of this is embodied in formless spaciousness. Through the infinite stillness of consciousness is the movement of energy, which we call life. And life, in all its infinite variables and expressions is the dance of chaos. There is a direct relationship between the space I can surrender into and my capacity to hold the dance of chaos, for they are two sides of the same coin. As love is to hate and joy is to sorrow. This painting is my experience of spaciousness and the chaotic dance of life that moves through it. There is no order, no structure, no pattern; nowhere for the mind to stand, but to surrender to infinite space, allow chaos to flow, and breathe into the centre of your being. Where chaos is not met with the resistance of a closed mind, it finds the deepest harmony in infinite space.
