While making this piece I was contemplating on the importance of grounding in a present moment and yet maintaining the freedom. Sometimes it´s challenging between daily responsibilities, worries, routines and hurry. But I think it´s very important to find that moment every day to stop, reflect and get back to that honesty place within ourselves. To align with the self and not adjust to the everchanging surroundings. Only from there we can ever see our own objectivity in every situation and from there everything else can unfold much faster, easier and with less resistance.
