"April Rain" belongs to the cycle "Long Way to Heaven" and describes my thoughts and feelings when rain comes. I imagine standing in a meadow and the falling drops surround me, vibrate, the light breaks in every drop and conjures up different colors. I tried to achieve the feeling of freshness and freedom through the painting style. Here I used pastel tones that I applied in several layers with a spatula. The picture should create a beautiful, lively atmosphere for the viewer and show the beauty of the rain. Framed in a white floater frame.
