Warmth. As I began to paint this painting the color palette moved to mainly warm tone selection. This painting has a lot of large, irregular shapes, connected by flowing lines and small, oval or circular shapes. So contrasting forms became in harmony and unified. Like much of my previous work, geological influences crept in as I painted. I decided to include this painting as part of my Stratageo series in the making, but realized this abstract could be interpreted in many other ways, non geological, by the viewer.
