There is a time for everything. I often find myself lost in my imagination, whether it takes me to wonderful or sad places. Throughout life, we experience both good and bad things, but what is considered right and wrong is subjective. Personally, I believe in the energy of the feminine and masculine, also known as yin and yang. Although they are opposites, it is important to blend them, as they work together to create something special. When these energies are balanced, inner beauty can be expressed outwardly, and a person's aura can radiate positivity. It is possible to have a greater amount of yin or yang energy, regardless of gender. The most important thing is to be true to ourselves and embrace what makes us feel good. For me, personally, I identify as a woman, but in my everyday life, I tend to be more yang. That being said, I make an effort to tap into my feminine energy when needed, in order to maintain balance. The painting I have chosen represents the Yin energy that I want in my life, as a reminder to always strive for balance.
