Hello, I'm Peter Klemm.

Peter studied Architectural design at VCC and began a career in commercial art which included scribing maps​,​ producing renderings of future dams for BC Hydro and design of brochures and printed materials with his own design company. In spite of his many successes in this area over the years​,​ Peter never lost his passion for a purer art form and continued experimenting with various media until he settled on oils. He finds inspiration in his love of nature and the beauty to be found in the Canadian landscape. The exquisite detail and interplay between light and shadow invites the viewer to enter the scene and for a moment​,​ lose themselves in the beauty and peace of the natural world.
