Hello, I'm Charlotta S.

Hello​,​ my name is Charlotta Sverrisdóttir​,​ born and raised in Reykjavík​,​ Iceland. I did not start until I was 50 yrs old when I went to a school one year in California​,​ just for fun​,​ but it turned out that changed my life. I was hooked​,​ I loved to paint​,​ and I started out with oil. When I came home I continued in the visual art school in Kópavogur for several years and since I have taken lots of classes with artists both in Iceland and on the net. I am a start member of an artist group in Garðabær and have worked with them for 15 years. I have had exhibations​,​ both solo and with others. Garðabær has a painting after me and the Post-office in Reykjavík as well. I have been a member in an gallery in Reykjavík and I have my studio in Kópavogur. I give art- classes as well in my studio.
