Hello, I'm LOURDES C.

In 2012 I started to design bags​,​ mostly clutch bags​,​ as "Bolsos Nazaria". The main fabric used was burlap and they were all handmade. I became very observant of the world​,​ nature​,​ art in general and people. I enjoyed learning about women's taste​,​ expressing their personality through their bags​,​ tote bags or backpacks. Two years ago​,​ I participated in an exhibition alongside with Prado Museum’s copyists in Madrid. I rendered my own version of "The Garden of Earthly Delights" by Hieronymus Bosch. My artwork consisted of different materials simulating bags hanging in the air. After that​,​ I began making collages and paintings. I am passionate about abstract art. I can create my own world​,​ and in every painting​,​ there is always a piece of me. From that point​,​ I started painting watercolor​,​ which I love​,​ mostly because it gives me happiness while I am creating and painting. I am always surrounded by flowers and nature. Therefore​,​ if I cannot go outdoors​,​ my paintings take me there.
