Hello, I'm Ruth G.

I am a portrait and abstract painter. I use oils​,​ acrylics​,​ pastels​,​ and pencils. Actually​,​ anything that makes a mark. I have worked at my art my entire life but especially since I retired as a mathematics professor from a Junior College. I want my art to create an emotional feeling as you wander through and around it’s boundaries. I also bring scale​,​ proportion​,​ and symmetry from my mathematics background to create depth and space.
