i paint to reveal the connection that is in us​,​ to all things. Influenced by my surroundings​,​ community​,​ teachers​,​ the elements and colours. the organic feel to their structure is methodical and chaotic all at once​,​ much like each of our days. steeped in the cognition we make 35​,​000 choices a day​,​ i yearn for a time where we don’t discount that fact and the gravity it holds. this is why I paint landscapes​,​ for as much learning as we must do​,​ we are all connected to and by these lands and because of that​,​ the stewardship falls to all of us.
