Hey! My name is Shelby Jane James. I am a teaching artist working in Pittsburgh. I do not stick to one style​,​ as I feel looking and reading about the masters​,​ they were constantly trying something new and did not get pigeon-holed into one style or medium. Because of this you will notice my body of work is not consistent with much of what is popular today​,​ which is essentially branding yourself and your work so that you may not venture far from what made you popular in the scene. However​,​ I do often use bright colors and return to similar themes in my work. I hope you enjoy experiencing my artwork. Please contact me for commissions.
