Hello, I'm Michelle M.

I am primarily an abstract painter. I’m from the United States. Specifically based in Miami​,​ Fl. I use acrylic paint for my pieces. I Love experimenting with color and texture. I get my inspiration through my obsessive thoughts and emotional self. I often will only have basic colors picked out and then let the piece begin from there. I usually let my intuition take over. I can’t deny the pictures that come into my mind and so I sometimes will paint landscapes because the thought of a certain scenes become constant. Once it is on canvas​,​ the picture and obsession rests in my mind and I feel at peace. Painting is very much therapy for me. I have been painting for under a year. I have not taken an art class or been to art school. I did take graphic design classes in college and learned some basics there. I am also a certified makeup artist. I feel that the skills and concepts I learned then play a role in my paintings today. They are apart of me and my paintings are a part of me.
