Hello, I'm Agnes S.

My journey to painting began as a child​,​ when I was just drawing on paper in a small town in the north of Bohemia. Later​,​ I realized that it was not only a hobby​,​ but also a mission​,​ and I decided to study art school​,​ no one in my family or friends believed that I would be able to study art because of my colour blindness. After four years​,​ I showed them that I can do it and today I am studying at a College school of art in Prague and my paintings bring people joy. In painting​,​ I like to play with the dynamics of it by means of colored surfaces laid side by side​,​ intersected by lines and omitting the background. I like to look for shapes in painting​,​ which I further develop in an illustrative direction. My biggest inspiration is the Czech artist Josef Váchal.
