Hello, I'm Francesco F.

Francesco is a self-taught Italian artist based in Cambridge​,​ UK. Software engineer​,​ Francesco moved from Italy to UK in 2019​,​ experiencing joys and sorrows of a life abroad including all the difficulties given by being far from home during the COVID pandemic . These events​,​ together with a strong passion for abstract art​,​ lead Francesco to convey all these series of mixed feelings on canvas. Inspired by artists as Franz Kline​,​ Jason Pollock and Gerhard Richter​,​ his paintings are recognizable by the intense use of a rich amount of colours applied on several layers using palette knives.
