Shelley Eros is a self-taught multi-media eclectic artist based in the beautiful Interlake region in Canada. Eros turns to nature​,​ her garden​,​ music and lyrics as inspiration when exploring colour​,​ structure​,​ shape and texture in her multi-faceted artistic practice. Her paintings are created intuitively with media ranging from oil​,​ cold wax​,​ acrylics​,​ collage​,​ printmaking techniques​,​ charcoal and graphite. Her outdoor life inspires photography and digital paintings. Eros also hand-builds organic art pieces and wheel-thrown functional ware​,​ decorated with botanical impressions and sgraffito carving. Fibre arts​,​ performance and music also remain central to her life and art practice.
