Hello, I'm Carla M.

Art has always been an integral part of my heart for as long as I can remember but I never listened and gave it the attention it deserved. I painted on and off for years​,​ all while struggling to find my inner voice and transfer it onto a canvas. Painting for me​,​ is a contrast between dark and light​,​ with it being the light amidst dark chaos or the darkness in a room full of light. I love to play around with and utilize dramatic and rich colors in everyday scenes and landscapes. Although I'm still struggling to discover my distinct style​,​ the process is interesting with its highs and lows but with some determination and inspiration​,​ I hope to succeed.
