“The Lands”

This piece is inspired by the beautiful landscape of the historic FRUITLANDS Museum located in Harvard, MA. This particular land was once used as a transcendental experiment by Bronson Alcott, father of Louisa May Alcott, who is the author of “Little Women”. If you have seen the most recent movie of the novel, scenes were filmed on the grounds of the museum. The piece is framed and matted behind glass.
