Is writing a 1000 words similar to me drawing a 1000 lines? In each case my hand moves over the paper. The pen follows my thoughts, My ideas lead us on an adventure in the everyday. The thought process comes first and the body’s action follows its lead. A 1000 somethings help me to talk about what I often don’t know I was thinking. Whatever flows from my hand into the pen. My body often peacefully sitting on a chair, standing at a table, at an easel. And as my hand executes, I watch and see a part of myself in action. Do I know you or are you just attached to me as a means of support? Am I the battery that helps you run along. The engine that keeps you ticking, Writing a 1000 words. Drawing a 1000 lines! Living through a 1000 nights, days , months , seconds,.. The hand that commends my life, the moving hand from left to right or the other way {I am still not sure which is which} But my hand doesn’t mind, isn’t bothered. My shoulder is woken into activity. I can feel the movement from the shoulder blade right down to the tip of my fingers. And my hand records it all @jeannine kauffmann
