“Enchanted Forest" belongs to the cycle: "The Garden of Eden". The effects of climate change and the ever advancing drought are changing the landscape all over the world. I wanted to depict this dramatic development by using the warm color palette. Earth tones: brown, red, orange, which I applied thickly with a spatula, are my interpretation of the hot summers, which not only bring relaxation. The painting opens upwards, the colors become lighter and friendlier, which means that nature has enormous power to renew itself, but we have to give it a chance to do so.
