The circle in the center emerges, a vortex, an eye of a hurricane. Shards of black paint intermingle with the ferocity of the swirling oranges and yellows, the heavy winds making landfall leaving mayhem and destruction in its wake. These mystic winds I have witnessed since living in the state of Texas have provided a new source of inspiration. I am able to engage my bright palette and textures bringing to life the beauty and pandemonium of these natural forces.
